more flexible, it's mindful to allow yourself to start to move into some more relaxing and maybe the meditation and breathing technique practices. You have to remember the
stress that your body is starting to take needs to be let go in certain ways so to use the bolsters and the pillows to support yourself and to move into more of
a meditative practice towards the end of your pregnancy will help you prepare for your birth.
